With the recent release of ArcGIS 9.3, developer materials for version 9.3 and beyond are moving from the EDN Documentation Library to their appropriate ArcGIS Resource Center. The Resource Centers now contain the developer materials for working with versions 9.3 of ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Engine, ArcGIS Server, ArcIMS, and ArcGIS Image Server. ArcGIS (Desktop, Engine, and Server)This archive includes information on customizing and extending 9.2 and earlier versions of ArcGIS Desktop applications, building solutions with ArcGIS Engine 9.2 or earlier, and creating server-based solutions using ArcGIS Server versions 9.2 or earlier and its Web Application Developer Framework (ADF).
ArcIMSThe ArcIMS archive includes articles and topics related to ArcXML, the communication protocol of ArcIMS. It contains content for ArcIMS version 9.2 or earlier.
ArcSDEArcSDE, the gateway between your GIS and relational database management system, enables you to efficiently share and manage your spatial data as tables. This area of the EDN Documentation Library provides current conceptual materials related to data and its storage, API references for the C and Java APIs to ArcSDE, and an administration command reference.
ArcWeb ServicesArcWeb Services gives you on-demand GIS capabilities and data via the Web. This area of the library provides conceptual documentation about the Web services and data, Java and .NET tutorials, live samples, downloadable code, API references, and an object model diagram.
ArcGIS Image ServerThe ArcGIS Image Server archive of the library provides specific information to enable developers to expand the functionality of ArcGIS Image Server version 9.2 and integrate it with their applications.
