Building Web Applications with ArcGIS Server and Java
Steven Citron-Pousty describes how to build Web Applications with ArcGIS Server and Java.
Session Description:
You have written a simple mapping application and explored the templates—now what? In this session, you will learn how to add custom commands and tools to the Java Web ADF that utilize ArcObjects. Then you will learn how to use the map interface to help render results for tabular output. Finally, for all you pooled server object fans, the use of server description objects will be discussed and demonstrated. Along the way, this session will show you some of the gems in the ADF that you might have missed.
This session was presented at the 2006 Developer Summit.
