Learn about the following topics: creating custom commands, menus, palettes and toolsets to add to the ToolbarControl; creating custom stand-alone pop-up menus and palettes; creating custom extensions; using the ArcGIS Engine Visual Studio Integration framework; using HookHelper and HookAction objects; displaying the CustomizeDialog for runtime customization of the ToolbarControl; persisting and loading the contents of the ToolbarControl; and saving map documents and layer files.
